Light Sonic Division’s Creative Compound is a fully equipped and modern space for creatives who desire quality, coupled with an inspirational environment. We offer recording studios with advanced equipment, a multimedia room with large smart tv and KRK speakers, and production spaces to write and create content, podcasts and more. This is an all in one space for creative people to bring their visions to life.

Your booking begins at the scheduled time you and Light Sonic Division agreed to, regardless of the client or the client’s equipment being present. If you arrive early and the studio can accommodate an early start, then the clock will begin at that time. If you are late for any reason, you will be charged from the scheduled start time with no exceptions. Please call and inform us if you are running late. Set up time will be billed at regular studio rates unless otherwise arranged with Light Sonic Division’s operations manager. This includes load in/out time, instrument setup, microphone placement, staging, level setting, media transfer, etc.
Please respect our space and neighbors and park on the property behind the gates. If the number of cars present requires street parking, please park directly in front of our property first. When utilizing street parking, please adhere to all parking rules and regulations; i.e., not blocking driveways, trash receptacles and/or mailboxes. If any vehicle is too close to any of these spaces, please park elsewhere or ask your guests to Uber.
Parking in front of the properties 22924 and 22926 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal of the vehicle and denial of future bookings. Excessive noise, loitering, etc. outside of the Light Sonic Division property or in the street is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the current session or denial of future booking requests.
Smoking cigarettes is permitted outside of our buildings only. Excessive smoking of approved substances may require a cleaning fee. Food and drink is encouraged to be consumed in the kitchen, lounge, or patio areas. Food and drink may be brought into the studio but must be kept away from the equipment racks and consoles.
If there is a need to cancel your session please note the following: (1) if canceled 72 or more hours prior to the start time, Light Sonic Division may refund any paid amount or credit it towards a future session. (2) If canceled less than 48 hours prior to the booking, any amount already paid is non-refundable. (3) If canceled within 24 hours, the full booking fees are non-refundable.

Founding members
Belly is an Oscar-nominated singer, songwriter, rapper and producer with over 7 billion streams. He co-wrote hits for Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Beyoncé, and Nipsey Hussle. He is signed to Roc Nation and released his second LP, See You Next Wednesday, in 2021. He also wrote for The Weeknd’s After Hours, including “Blinding Lights”. Belly is known for his versatile style, blending hip-hop, R&B, pop, and soul. He has won several awards, including two Junos and a SOCAN Songwriter of the Year.
Serving as SALXCO’S EVP Zadeh has collaborated over the years with the likes of The Weeknd, Diddy, Swedish House Mafia, Metro Boomin and French Montana. He’s overseen innovative music videos for, among others, The Weeknd and Nicki Minaj, Maluma & Myriam Fares, whose “Tukoh Taka❞ was the official 2022 FIFA Fan Festival anthem. Zadeh’s taken a “creative incubator” approach to these projects as well as SALXCO’s film and TV endeavors.
Wassim ‘SAL’ Slaiby is a visionary music executive, manager, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the co-founder and CEO of XO Records, Universal Arabic Music, and SALXCO, a powerhouse management company that represents a diverse and talented roster of artists, producers, and songwriters, such as Doja Cat, Bebe Rexha, Diddy, and Swedish House Mafia. He has received numerous awards and accolades for his work in the music industry, including being featured on Billboard’s Power 100 list multiple times. He is also a passionate philanthropist who supports various causes such as Lebanon relief and Global Citizen.
Daheala is a Grammy & Oscar nominated urban/pop producer, writer and engineer. He co-produced songs for Belly, Doja Cat and The Weeknd, including 8x-platinum “Blinding Lights” and 3x-platinum “Save Your Tears.” He also executive produced The Weeknd’s Beauty Behind the Madness album and produced many of his other hits like “Starboy” and “Earned It.”
DannyBoyStyles is a renowned Grammy Award Winning producer, engineer and songwriter. He has Executive Produced for many artists such as Belly, Ali Gate and The Weekend. He is skilled in refining records and has worked on tracks for a variety of artists such as Kehlani, Beyonce and NAV.
The Anmls are a LA-based production team made up of Faris Al-Majed and creative partner Richie Muñoz. The dynamic production duo has been behind some of the biggest hits from artists like The Weeknd, French Montana, & Belly. With their versatile and innovative sound, they have established themselves as one of the most sought-after producers in the music industry. They have worked with a range of genres, from pop to hip-hop to R&B, and have collaborated with some of the most influential labels and artists in the world.
Darren Craig is a renowned Creative Director based in Los Angeles who has been shaping the music industry for decades. He has collaborated with some of the most influential artists in the world, such as Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Shakira, Nicky Jam, Belly, Shenseea & Papa Roach, among others. His versatile skills in Visual Arts, Photography, & Video Direction enable him to create and execute any project that comes his way.
